Norman Phillips '67


 











Norman Phillips '67, age 82, passed away on December 7th. Norman graduated from Malone with a degree in Social Sciences. He then went on to serve as a pastor for almost 4 decades in churches in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Norman was deeply committed to his faith, and remained involved in the church after retiring from his pastoral work.


Norman is survived by his wife, Carmen. We send our prayers and condolences to the family of Norman during this difficult time, and pray the comfort and peace of the Lord would surround his family. To read the full obituary, click here.

Connected Since 1975

Since graduation in 1975, these Malone alumnae have kept in touch and gathered regularly to reminisce and catch up. Sara (Fleming) Bender, Lori (Linerode) Dickerhoof, Cindy (Allen) Groetz, Brenda (Frederick) Hostetler, Gloria (Schneider) Jasperse, Carol (Reinhold) Smith, and Sandy (Kuhn) Vaughn met for a Thanksgiving brunch and spent a spring weekend in Columbiana, Ohio, during the past year.
