Julie Burley '99

Librarian JulieJulie Burley ’99 has been promoted to Youth Services Manager at the Stark County District Library’s main branch in downtown Canton. Burley graduated from Malone with a degree in elementary education, earned a master’s degree in education from Ashland University in literacy and reading instruction and a master’s in library and information science with a concentration in K-12 School Library Media from Kent State University, and earned her Reading Endorsement. After more than 15 years as a teacher and school librarian, she was hired by the Stark County District Library as the North Branch Children's Librarian in March, 2015.
