Nathan Bergert '06

Nathan Bergert '06 is a Senior Financial Analyst at US Acute Care Solutions in Canton. Bergert graduated with an MBA in organizational leadership from Ashford University in 2008.

Todd Martin '91

Todd Martin '91 is the superintendent of Colonel Crawford Local Schools in North Robinson. Martin played both baseball and basketball during his high school days at Colonel Crawford. At Malone, he was a 1,000 point scorer for the Pioneer basketball team. Read more about Martin's career here.

 

 

Joss Celuch '14

Rea & Associates announces that Joss Celuch '14 has successfully completed and passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is on his way to becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Celuch is a staff accountant at the firm where he is responsible for tax return preparation, tax projections and performing audit work. He joined Rea & Associates in 2014. Celuch lives in Dover and is active with the Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market, serving as the group's treasurer.

Lindsay (Brugger) Sheen '12

Lindsay (Brugger) Sheen '12 is an intervention specialist at Southeast Elementary School in Salem City Schools. She previously taught at Marlington High School. Lindsay, her husband, Nathan, and son live in Alliance.

Corey Easterday '11

Corey Easterday '11 is the Director of Current Initiative's Ohio division, a Donor Development Coordinator for First Glance, a youth center in Akron, and Co-Owner of Easterday Creative. Corey is a non-profit entrepreneur who has been speaking, writing, and working in the church/non-profit sector for over eight years.

Marcie Curry '98

Marcie Curry '98 is a Principal in the Alliance, Ohio office of HBK CPAs & Consultants and has been with the firm since 1998. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Audit Committee of Greater United Way of Stark County. Marcie and her husband, Mark '98, live in Salem and have two children.

Hayden Owen Hickerson

A son, Hayden Owen, to Emily (Beam) '11 and Tyler Hickerson on April 19, 2016. Emily is a Physical Therapist at Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville. The family lives in McConnelsville, Ohio.

 

Chris Reuscher '97, J.D.

Roetzel has named Akron Partner Chris Reuscher '97 Chair of the Corporate and Business Services Practice Group. Reuscher will lead nearly 30 partners, associates, and paralegals across the firm’s 11 offices located nationwide. He is also the Co-Partner in Charge of the Associates for the firm. Reuscher received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. An All-American Pioneer in golf, he is a member of the Malone University Athletic Hall of Fame.

Floyd Allen Fraley '86, '14 MAOL

Floyd Allen Fraley '86, '14 is the Executive Director at Noble County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau in Caldwell. Fraley, a 1986 communication arts graduate also earned a master of arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone in 2014.

Rachel Littler '14

Rachel Littler '14 is the 7th grade and 8th grade English and History teacher at Kingsway Christian School in Orrville. Rachel writes, "This is the very school in which I student taught. I am so blessed to be teaching there and God's hand was certainly evident in this. I can't wait!"

Edie Bowman '13

Edie Bowman '13 graduated in communication arts with a concentration in theatre. Since graduation, she has written and directed two plays, " The Courtroom" and "The Christmas Blessing." Her third play, "Kingdom," will be performed June 17th at Lions Lincoln Theatre in Massillon. The play, inspired by Edie's interest in the epidemic of fatherlessness in society, is based on 28 interviews she conducted on the subject of men in the community.

 

Kathy '73 and Christian '74 Madsen, MD

Erik C. Madsen MD, eldest son of Christian Madsen MD '74 and Kathy (Wheeler) Madsen '73 has accepted an assistant professorship with St. Louis University Department of Pediatrics working in Pediatric Critical Care. Erik, and his wife, Heather have three children. The Madsens live in Durham, NC where Christian is medical director of an occupational practice.

Owen James Regas

A son, Owen James, to John ’06 and Morgan Regas on May 23, 2016. Owen joins big brother, Jude. John is the Director of Athletics at Franklin Community Schools in Franklin, IN.

Lucas Allen Murphy

A son, Lucas Allen, to Ryan ’12 and Marella Murphy on April 29, 2016. Ryan is the special education director at Fairless Local schools.

Cameron Charles Sheen

A son, Cameron Charles, to Lindsay (Bruggar) ’12 and Nathan Sheen on March 25, 2016. Lindsay is an Intervention Specialist at Salem City Schools. The family lives in Alliance.
