After just 2 years with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, ASPCA, Keegan has been promoted to Senior Manager, Research and Development. In this position, she analyzes quantitative and qualitative research data in order to make strategic recommendations that will enable the ASPCA's goal to improve the lives of animals. She provides analytical and operational support, leads tactical teams, assists in developing research and programs. Although she works from home in Charleston, SC, Keegan manages the data for the Los Angeles (CA) Animal Services and the LA County Animal Care & Control systems and also travels for meetings, conferences, and hands-on work in animal shelters.
