Nancy Harcar '94

Hijab ProjectNancy Harcar '94 is an English Language Fellow in Palestinian territories. She is engaging in educational diplomacy through the teaching of English writing, conversation, and other courses at An-Najah University. Nancy earned a masters of arts degree in TESOL at Azusa Pacific University in 2013.  Watch a brief video of Nancy's "The Hijab Project: In her Own Words", released by the U. S.
