Ruby Gibbons '88

Ruby L. (Rivera) Gibbons was recently hired as Chaplain with Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare Psychiatric Hospital in Northfield. Ruby assesses the spiritual needs of patients and provides four Sunday worship services and teaches five Bible studies each week and coordinates Ecumenical services for the hospital. Ruby holds a bachelor of arts degree in Social Work from Malone, a master of science degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, a bachelor of arts degree in Theology from Berean Bible College and a a master of education degree in Christian Counseling from IAUGT. Ruby is a member of the Malone University Social Work Program Professional Advisory Committee.
