Tyler Wentz '15

Tyler WentzTyler Wentz '15 is the Analytics Coordinator for Corporate Partnerships for the Florida Panthers Hockey Club of the NHL. He is responsible for  keeping track of contracts, proposals, and accounts. Tyler, a former Pioneer quarterback, double majored in business administration and sports management at Malone.  He wrote, "...by integrating my studies in sports management and business administration I was able to more fully grasp how the business side works as it relates to sports."

While in college, Tyler worked on the Orange Bowl Committee in events and logistics services. He also participated in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, volunteered at his local church and worked with children and at The Potters House in Guatemala City during the summers.

 Jennifer (Tubaugh) `94 `01 and Jason Bruce  `96 While we were both originally from Ohio, we grew up on opposite sides of the state. At Malone, Steve Styer, a mutual friend, convinced Jason to call me. He was sure we were a match! I had noticed Jason across the cafeteria multiple times, so I was pretty excited to get that call! Our first date was spent hanging out in The Barn chatting the evening away. We were together from that point on! Whenever Steve saw us together, he would say, "Ahhhh my creation!" We've been married for 27 1/2 years and have a beautiful 17 year old daughter. I'm so thankful that Steve gave Jason that little nudge to get things started.
