Michael "Mike" Riley is the new Ashland High School principal as of August 3, 2015. Riley worked for Minerva Local Schools for 18 years as a science teacher, elementary school principal and most recently as the assistant high school principal. He also taught science at Canton McKinley High School for 10 years and is a former member of the Malone Alumni Executive Board.
