Joel Brady '12 and Meg Ogden on August 21, 2016 at Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Pittsburgh. Joel and Meg met at St. Tikhon’s Orthodox Theological Seminary.

Fr. Deacon Joel Brady was ordained to the Holy Priesthood in the Orthodox Church. Fr. Joel and his Matushka (wife) Meg expect to begin their work at Holy Apostles Orthodox Mission Church in Lansing New York at the end of February. Read more here.

Jason Miller '16 works in Scheduling and Sales Support at nüCamp RV / Pleasant Valley Teardrop Trailers in Sugarcreek. NuCamp Recreational Vehicles is a leading manufacturer of teardrop trailers, RV, truck campers, and other high quality and innovative recreational vehicle products.

Marie Davison ’15 and Caleb Lipocky ’15 on December 17, 2016.  Marie is an art teacher at Mansfield City School.  Caleb is the youth pastor at Mogadore United Methodist Church.  The couple lives in Akron.

A daughter, Lucy Anne, to Justin and Amy (Braun) Price ’08 on August 26, 2016.  Amy is the pastor to children and youth at Crosspoint United Methodist Church at Massillon.  The family lives in Uniontown.

Kristina Jones ’99 and Tom Heil on June 4, 2016.  Kristina works for Diebold and part time at Family Care Counseling as a LPC.  Tom is a  chaplain at a local Hospice company.  The couple lives in Akron.

Tristan Sanchez '10 is an F/T Board Operator and Producer at Radio One in the Cleveland and Akron area. He is the producer of "The D.L. Hughley Show" for WZAK-FM and "The Willie Moore Jr. Show" on WJMO-AM/W233CG-FM. He also covers shifts as needed and produces and engineers various live programs on WERE-AM. Sanchez graduated with a bachelor of arts in communication arts.

Lonette (Clinkscale) Baity '04 is the Director of Marketing at Lake Center Christian School in Hartville. She is also a faith-based writer and speaks for women’s conferences, retreats, Bible studies and small groups. Lonette and her husband, Stephan, have three children and live in Akron. Paul Morris '79, D.C. has been named one of America's Top Chiropractors 2016 by the Consumer's Research Council of America based in Washington, D.C. The honor is given to Dr. Morris for his exemplary service to his community and state, excellence in his continued education, and his positive impact on his patients' lives for 35 years. He has been the team doctor at Dorman High School for 25 years. Dr. Morris and his family live in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Emily (Farls) Tolliver '07 is a School Psychologist for Adams 12 Five Star Schools in Philadelphia. In 2011, she graduated with a master of science degree in School Psychology from Eastern University where she was also the assistant women's tennis coach.

Debra Holloway '14 is a Project Manager at Striving Toward Excellence in Public Service, Inc. in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Daniel Hromada III '08 is a Market Sales Manager at IGS Energy in Twinsburg, Ohio. He earned his bachelor of arts in sports management at Malone and an MBA from Lindenwood University in 2009. Hromada was previously a sales consultant with Zimmer Biomet,

Christine (Wilthew) Gorski ’13 is a Registered Nurse at University Hospitals Landerbrook Infusion Center in Cleveland. Christine was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the Honors Society of Nursing, in 2012.

Rhett Edwards '13 is Director of Programs at Cornerstone Family Ministries in Houston, Texas. Rhett, a former resident director at Malone, graduated with a master of arts in organizational leadership. He is married to Nicole, a 2012 Malone alumna.

A son, Liam Victor, to Nathan ’13 and Jessica (Schaden) Davis ’13 on October 26, 2016.  Jessica is a stay-at-home mom and Nate is a staff manager at Western & Southern Financial.  The family lives in Amherst.  

Matthew Strayer '08 has been named a partner of the Columbus-based firm Goldman & Braunstein, LLP (GBlegal.net). Strayer joined the firm in February 2016. He received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, graduating in the top 10 in his class. He received his undergraduate degree from Malone in communications and media studies, concentrating on journalism. Strayer lives in Worthington, with his wife, Kaitlyn (Cook) '08, and two daughters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Katie Woods ’12 and Nickalas Martin on November 5, 2016.  Katie is an English teacher and elementary librarian at Heartland Christian School in Columbiana.  The couple lives in Salem. Ohio.

Mark Mathieu '05 is a Senior Systems Engineer at BWX Technologies, Inc. in the Cleveland/Akron area. He is also the owner of Mark Mathieu Computer Consulting. His areas of expertise include backup and disaster recovery, onsite/remote support, hardware/software purchases, antivirus and installation and upgrades, and website design and maintenance.
