Dane Wise `09- has been appointed to the Waterloo Board of Education. Wise wants to be able to give the same opportunities to his daughters as he had when he was in the district.

Charlotte Merci Masters was born February 8, 2018to Jennifer (Adams) `06 and David Masters. She joins big brother Davison (4) and sister Elia (3). Their family lives in Medford, Oregon.
Noah Michael Benko was born March 20, 2018 to Leslie (Dennis) Benko `02 and Justin Benko. He joins big brothers Reagan, 6, and Luke, 4. The family lives in Medina and Leslie teaches 7th grad Language Arts at Solon Middle School.
Andrew Scholes `81 retired in February after almost 37 years as a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He looks forward to what the Lord has in store for the next stage our their lives.
Alicia Hopkins `09 competed in National Miss Amazing pageant in Chicago, Illinois. She was crowned 2018 1st Runner Up Miss Amazing Sr. Miss. She also won a National impact award for her community project the All Abilities Art Expo that she created in April to shine light on Artistic talents of individuals with disabilities. In June Alicia also won 2018 Arts Alive Community Outreach Award in Summit County for her Arts Expo.
Wendy (Berger) Bilgen `88 received her Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. She lives and works as a social work educator and therapist in Antalya, Turkey with her husband, Haluk.

Andrew Ciaccia `12- Graduated from the Army's Officer Candidate School on Fort Benning, GA on September 25, 2018, in the grade of 2nd Lieutenant, on the Commendant's list, as one of the top 20% in his class. He will attend the Infantry Officer's Basic Course and Ranger school to continue his training.
