Garret Barbush '07 earned his M.B.A. at Lebanon Valley College in 2013. After 3 years in corporate America, Barbush was offered the Executive Director position with Men of Iron, a community benefit organization designed to sharpen men and strengthen churches across the nation. Barbush is the most senior manager of Men of Iron’s operational hierarchy and is charged with increasing the number of church partners, serving as spokesman for the ministry and crating ministry diversification and financial sustainability. He was on the team that creation and implementation of a training manual for all members of the sales department. He served on the Pennsylvania region's Workflow Enhancement Team, the MidAtlantic Farm Credit's Strategic Action Council and was awarded the company's Distinguished Service Award in October, 2011.
