Diedre Haupt '14

Diedre Haupt '14 completed a term as a missionary working with the EFCA ReachGlobal in Germany. Her focus is anti-human trafficking and equipping the church to take it's role in prevention, intervention, and after-care. She writes, "I was previously in Berlin for 3 years as a short term missionary, where I fell in love with the city, but also learned of the huge need...Less than 2% of people in Berlin have a relationship with God and Germany has become the number one destination for trafficking according to the United Nations. Berlin alone has over 600 Brothels and countless other women who are working on the streets. But even with the darkness that exists, being there, you can feel that God has something big planned for Berlin."
