Alicia Hopkins `09 of Akron named Unsung Hero by the AkronBeacon Journal. 
Additionally she recently won the 2020 American Royal Spirits Hostess Queen title.
She also was apart of the Akron Cultural Planning presented an art piece she made on wheelchair wheel to the Mayor of Akron, Ohio. Her work is in city hall in Akron, Ohio.
