Mark R. Witmer has been named Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer of the former First National Bank of Orrville, now Farmers National Bank. Mark served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Bancshares and First National Bank for the past three years and has more than 25 years of expertise in community banking, credit evaluation and agribusiness.In his new position, Mark will create and execute a vision for all lending and credit functions in the East and West regions of the Bank’s footprint. He will also be a Director of the Farmers National Bank Board.
