Noelle (Hone) Beck '01 is the founder and executive director of First Glance. a youth center in Akron providing a safe environment for students to gather. The outreach ministry started with 22 students but quickly grew. Today, First Glance has two buildings, hosts 11 programs and has served thousands of teens and young adults. Noelle graduated with a master’s degree in arts and religion from Trinity International University (IL) in 2003.
