Laurel (Weir) `12 and Alex Mundell

Laurel (Weir) `12 and Alex Mundell *15

The first time Laurel and I met, it was in the Johnson Center. I thought I was alone and I was singing pretty loudly in the halls. When I turned the corner, there she was walking in my direction with a friend, giggling at me. Lots of hellos in passing after that. One distinctive memory I got was when she sang a recital in the barn. I remember receiving an epiphany on what opera music was, simply because of how wonderful she sang. A friendship developed and over the course of a few years, God confirmed that we were meant to be together in marriage. Coming up 5 years in March!!
