Monica (Clevenger) *13 and Jesse Coblentz `13

Monica (Clevenger) *13 and Jesse Coblentz `13

Jesse and I met in a life sciences class. He was taking it as a general Ed requirement, and I was taking it as a requirement for my degree. I thought he was super good looking, but I could tell he was shy. I eventually asked him for help studying for the class. Funny enough: I ended up becoming a scientist! I didn't need help studying; I just wanted him to talk to me. We recently celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary, we have a 3 year old little girl, and we're due with our second in April! Even though I ended up transferring out of Malone due to a change in my major, I'll always be grateful that it brought us together.
